And, So today, we are going to make Matar- Paneer, This is a very simple dish, a recipe straight from my home, Let's cook! First of all, we may take a deep pan and we will add some oil to it, This is some black cardamom, It will go in, some black pepper, some cloves, and some cumin seeds .

Next, we will add in some chopped garlic, chopped ginger, and we will lightly cook it, We have to roast the garlic slightly, as soon as the garlic turns brown,we will add onions, In goes onions, Now is the time to tell you what exactly SAS challenge is? SAS means, Stainless Steel-Aluminium-Stainless Steel Just like a sandwich.

And, our Vinod Cookware Platinum Cookware series deep pan is made of such sandwich technique, wherein the first top layer is made of 18*8 stainless steel food-grade, And, in the middle, it has Aluminium which heats evenly, It dissipates heats very efficiently, ensuring that there are no heat spots so that the food doesn't burn, It saves you a lot of time, helps in saving your fuel, and on the bottom we use SS 430,Magnetic Stainless Steel Which means, this utensil can be used on an induction top as well.

Look at that! How the onion has turned brown evenly, this is very critical because in our Indian curries it is very important that your onion turns brown quite nicely, which means that your mixture of spices is roasted nicely, meaning your final taste of the curry is going to be superb, Now we are going to add spices, some turmericcumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, a little more of the coriander powder, Lightly, give it a quick stir, so that all the spices may cook properly and evenly,Now we will add some water to it.

Give it a nice stir, It is important to reduce the water so that the spices may cook properly, Look at that! Very flavourful and filled with spices! At this stage, we will add some chopped tomatoes, Next, we will add some salt to it, Adding the salt will mash the tomatoes quickly, This is a very important stage as here we need to roast the tomatoes, more we roast the tomatoes and spices.

The consistency or the favours of the curry, that will be awesome! In our homes, these days, on a daily basis we use stainless steel utensils to cook food, And there is one challenge that we all face, which is the food sticks to the corners of the utensil, You have to continuously keep stirring it, But now you have an option from Cookware's Platinum Series where you can patiently cook your food, in stainless steel, it is very difficult to burn your food.

We will add in some water and give it a quick boil, we will remove the black cardamom,it's task is now over,we will keep it aside, This is getting reduced, The spices mixture has come to a nice boil, Now is the time we will turn off the gas flame, Allow it to cool down for some time and then grind it, This has cooled down.

This is ready! Now in a pan or deep pan, we will add in some butter, The butter has melted, now we will add some green peas, a pinch of salt and some green chilies, we will have to cook it quickly for two-to-three minutes, and we will now add our curry to it, add some water, Our interesting, exciting, creamy curry Now, we will set it aside and cook it for a while, In the meantime, we will take a pan, warm it and we will add some oil to it.

We will roast the cottage cheese/paneer to it lightly, We will add paneer , Just lightly swirl the pan, Turn over the paneer lightly, turn over the paneer using a fork, What will happen is as the panner turns brown,it will form from outside and when we will add it to the matar paneer gravy,it won't break or fall into small pieces, Usually what happens at home is,when you have stainless steel.

utensil, and when you try to roast it in a pan, even when you add some oil to the pan,and it sticks to the bottom of the pan, But that is the beauty of the SAS, tri ply construction, with Platinum Cookware, which means the food doesn't stick for burns to the bottom.

Look at that! Now is the time we will add paneer to it, there slowly, we will cook it, it is optional, but I like it, this is dried fenugreek seeds powder, a pinch that is it! And, I really enjoy curries, Our 'Matar Paneer' is ready, and the best part is the utensil in which the curry is made, you may even serve it in it as well because I think it just looks beautiful.
