Take 100 gm washed red beans soaked with cold water for 6-8 hours. This step helps the red beans bloom,when cooking will save time and gas/electronic. Normally people guys would have to soak 8 hours,but I have cute cat bowl so I only had to soak for 6 hours. The red bean filling is the traditional filling of this dish,later people created many new flavors of filling(matcha,chocolate,..) So depending on the taste of each person to choose the filling cake.

Using jam or cotton scrub,condensed milk is also delicious. Put the red beans in a beautiful pot and add water:)) After boiling water,turn off the heat,take the poured water and get the beans. This step helps to remove dirt and a little harshness of beans. Notice:Boiling water is only about 1-2 mins,turn off the stove.

Put this water away,then cook it real lol:))))) Add the beans to the beautiful pot;))) then add water a little more water,but don't be too much,it'll spill out Cook red beans for about 30-40 mins at medium heat.Until the beans are well done and really smooth like your skin: Skim the foam off because dirt usually sticks to the foam. Okay,now everyone makes crusts with me. Put 2 eggs in a bowl and add 50 gram of sugar. I Stir until the mixture is well and smooth,people use plastic wrap to preserve the dough and rest about 15-20 mins. The cake uses nonstick pans(flat pan type),which make the cake more beautiful(more beautiful than your ex:).

Heat the pan,then add a few drops of oil to the pan. Use a tissue to wipe away the oil. The dough after resting 15-20 mins,add 10 ml of water. Stir well. The dough mixture will eventually be quite liquid,but not too liquid. After the pan is hot(hot enough).Then put the dough mixture in the pan.

Pour the dough mixture from above 10 cm away from the pan,the dough will self-circle without intervention. Fry the battery on low heat for 2 mín. After 2 mins,everyone turned over and continued to cook for 1 min,still keeping low heat. After each the cake is complete,people wipe the paper  over the pan,continue to pour the first step. 

At first I see some holes with picture like this I also got goosebumps.But now it feels normal.: I don't suffer from fear syndrome (Trypophobia). Perhaps I don't. There is a little that but also scared(it's an everyday thing. Now,take the filling get into the crust.

To make the cake beautiful(like me),everyone should make a mountain shaped filling. After clamping the remaining crust the filling sticks out.The cake will be as beautiful as in the cartoon Doraemon. If everyone can't do it,then take them to their house and i help them.

The filling isn't thick but very moist,so it will blend with the crust.It makes the crust soft and fluffy This cake is very soft,not dry.The filling is slightly sweet. Honey-scented crust You guys use plastic wrap to preserve,refrigerate for 2-3 days and still use This cake is easy to make but delicious,suitable for all ages.Especially little kids like it.
